Working in partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham Giving to manage The Earls Court Development Company’s grants programme
Earls Court Community Fund

The Earls Court Community Fund was established by The Earls Court Development Company, who are responsible for driving forward the development of the Earl's Court site. Each year the Earls Court Development Company invest £180,000 in local community organisations, with the aim of delivering greater social impact for Earl's Court residents and for local people to be engaged in the process.
In 2024, the Kensington + Chelsea Foundation were delighted to partner with Hammersmith & Fulham Giving to manage the Earls Court Community Fund on behalf of The Earls Court Development Company. In September 2024, 20 organisations received grants of up to £15,000 for one year. You can find full details of the successful applicants here.
Applications are now open for 2025. The process is managed by Hammersmith & Fulham Giving, with support from The Kensington + Chelsea Foundation. This year, there will be a two-stage application process – a First Stage Application Form asking for details of your project followed by a full application that will ask for more details on your organisation, your project and its expected impact for short-listed organisations.
Applications are now open and the deadline is Wednesday 30th April 2025 at midday. The application form is here.
