Our team

Victoria Steward Todd - Director.  Victoria has spent the past 20 years in fundraising and senior management roles in charities, most recently as Deputy Director at The One Foundation and Director of Fundraising at Young Women’s Trust.  Her joint passions are social justice and running, which she combined in 2021, running The London Marathon and raising significant funds for The K+C Foundation.

Cathy Bickham – Operations Manager.  Cathy has worked for the K+C Foundation since June 2016, after a long career in the corporate sector. Her favourite aspect of her job is seeing the power of people working together for the common good.

Brooke Dobbyn – Community Engagement Manager.  Brooke joined the K+C Foundation in January 2019 but has worked in the voluntary sector in the borough since 2014. She is passionate about the importance of local charities in communities, and in her free time she volunteers with two local organisations.

Jon Fryer – Community Engagement + Grants Manager.  Jon joined the K+C Foundation in Dec 2020 having lived in the borough for many years. He has worked for a local voluntary sector organisation and having seen first-hand that a strong voluntary sector helps create strong community, he is keen to play his part in this relationship.

Catherine Watling - Corporate Partnerships Manager. Catherine has been working in the borough since 2008, most recently at a local voluntary sector organisation. She has seen first hand the profound impact local charities have on reducing isolation and transforming lives. Catherine is inspired by the significant role businesses can play in supporting the voluntary sector and is dedicated to fostering partnerships that create lasting positive change.

Morag Smith - Major Gifts + Events Manager.  Morag started with the K+C Foundation in April 2020, after three years working in fundraising for national charities across the UK. Morag’s passions are campaigning to close the gender health gap and advocating for a fairer justice system. Having seen and experienced the benefits of local, grass root organisations, she knows the power that the Foundation has to improve the lives of the residents within our community.
