Preservation of your privacy is important to The Kensington + Chelsea Foundation and we are committed to letting you know how we use your personal information and to making only responsible use of your data.

1.1. We will collect personal information from you when you or your organisation enquire about our activities, become a friend or patron with us and donate financial or other resources. This may include your name, title, e-mail address, physical address, telephone numbers and job title. We will keep records of donations and Gift Aid entries, where applicable (as required by HMRC). We may also ask for some additional, non-personal information.

2. Our use of this information

2.1. Your personal information will only be used to process your requests and to provide you with information relating to our activities and all other services which we think you may be interested in.

2.2. You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive direct communications from us about the vital work we do in Kensington + Chelsea, then you can select your choices by ticking the relevant boxes situated on the form on which we collect your information.

HOTJAR

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
