RASHID’S STORY — Nova New Opportunities

Rashid came to the UK from Spain in November 2013 shortly after which he registered with Nova and started attending an ESOL class at Pre-Entry level.

He worked as an iron welder in a factory in Spain and once he arrived in the UK he was keen to improve his English language skills to a level which would enable him to find and secure employment in Britain.

Rashid has progressed very quickly to another class at an Entry 1 level which he attended until February 2014 when he was offered a full time job on a permanent contract. Rashid currently works as a hotel porter for the Hilton hotel. Although he is working full time, Rashid is still committed to learning and improving his English in order to better himself and his future prospects.
